Pets Are People, Too! is a fully insured & bonded professional pet-sitting service that provides loving attention and compassionate care for your pet at home while you’re away at work or on vacation.
We know your pets are very important family members that deserve the same love and personal attention while you’re away. We maintain your pets’ familiar routine in the most loving and caring way by following his or her diet, exercise, and bedtime routine. Your pet remains in his or her familiar and secure environment where all the sights, sounds, and smells are familiar; thus reducing stress and providing you with complete peace of mind knowing that your pets happiness, health, and safety is being maintained.
Services Include:
- Free Initial Consultation
- Daily Walks/Mid-day visits
- Extended Overnight Care (More than 12 hrs. for same fee)
- Caring for Pets with Special Needs/Senior Pets
- Administering of Medication
- Pet Taxi
We will also be happy to maintain your home environment by bringing in your mail, watering plants, trash removal, and adjusting curtains and blinds. Preparing a special diet, and poop scoop also available for a small additional fee.
Why are we unique?
- When you hire PAPT, you get the same pet-sitter every time. As the owner and sole proprietor, this allows me to maintain a personal relationship with my clients and form an invaluable bond with your pets.
- We offer extended overnight care – 14 hours or more. In addition, we maintain your pets’ normal bedtime routine – if your pets normally sleep with you, then I will provide the same care.

Southwick, Westfield, Granville, Agawam, Granby, West Granby, Barkhamsted, Simsbury, and Bloomfield. We also do special vacation requests outside of this service area for an additional fee.
